Information We Collect

Personal data provided during reservations or inquiries: name, contact details, payment information, guest preferences.

Automatically collected data via our website: IP address, cookies, browsing behaviour (to improve service).

Third‑party data such as OTA booking confirmations (if applicable).

How We Use Your Information

To process booking, payments, check‑in/out, and in‑stay services.

To communicate updates, confirmations, offers (with opt‑in consent).

To customize and improve guest experience and website operations.

To comply with legal requirements (e.g. govt reports, taxation, emergency personnel).

Data Sharing & Security

We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, travel agents, event vendors), bound by confidentiality.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

We employ encryption (SSL), secure servers, access control, and staff training to protect your data.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

Consent withdrawal is possible for marketing communications.

Our full GDPR/India‑PDPA‑compliant procedures are available on request.

Changes to Policy

Any updates to this privacy policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.

Terms & Conditions of Stay

1. Acceptance

By confirming a reservation and checking in, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Check‑in / Check‑out

Standard check‑in: 2:00 PM.
Standard check‑out: 12:00 PM (noon).
Late check‑out or early check‑in may incur additional charges.

3. Reservations & Payment

A valid credit card or advance payment is required to secure a booking.
We reserve the right to pre‑authorize or charge the card in advance of arrival.

4. Advance Payment & Security Deposit

For standard bookings: typically first night charges taken as deposit after the free‑cancellation period.
For weddings, group or full‑venue bookings: a refundable security deposit and staged payments may apply.

5. Alcohol, Smoking & Conduct

Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21+ (or per local law). Outside alcohol is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted indoors; violation may incur a cleaning fee up to ₹10,000.
Guests must conduct themselves respectfully; abusive or dangerous behaviour may result in eviction without refund.

6. Guest Liability

The Hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Safes and lockers are available.
You assume responsibility for any damages or missing items in your room.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

We are not liable for loss or damage beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, wildlife disruptions).
Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected stay or event.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan and India.
Any disputes will be brought to courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.

Cancellation & Modification Policy


Individual Bookings (up to 9 rooms)

Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation within 7 days or no‑show: first night charge plus applicable taxes.

Group & Wedding Bookings (10+ rooms or full‑venue hire)

Tiered cancellation charges apply depending on lead time (e.g. 30%, 50%, or 100% depending on notice period).

Reductions in confirmed rooms or participants within the free‑cancellation window may still incur charges as per contract.

Advance Purchases / Non‑Refundable Rates

Non‑refundable rates are fully charged at booking and not eligible for cancellation or modification.

Wedding Venue, Events & Function Bookings


Booking Process

Inquiry & Proposal: Submit event details (date, group size, menu preferences).

Site Visit / Planning Review: Optional tasting or walkthrough (typically 6–10 weeks before event).

Contract Signing & Advance: Event contract signed by couple or primary organizer, with deposit due within 7 days of confirmation.

Final Confirmation: Final guest count, menu, entertainment, décor confirmed at least 30 days prior.

Insurance & Liability

Third‑party suppliers (bands, decorators, external caterers) must submit valid public liability insurance at least one month before the event.

Venue capacities

Central Courtyard: ~200 guests

Poolside Garden: ~350 guests

Malhar Hall: ~100 guests

Raga Hall: ~120 guests

Sarang Hall: ~120 guests

Hindol: ~70 guests (small gatherings)

Alcohol & Entertainment

Licensed bar service provided on‑site. We don’t allow external alcohol.

Entertainment volume must comply with local regulations: live music ends by midnight; after‑party DJ or amplified music must cease by 2 AM.

Management reserves right to terminate music or service if guest behaviour threatens safety or reputation.

Guest Rooms Allocation

An agreed block of rooms will be held for wedding guests; unconfirmed rooms may be released 30 days prior.

Additional rooms beyond the reserved quota are subject to availability and standard rates.

Additional Policies


Children & Extra Beds: Children under 5 stay free; extra beds are chargeable and must be pre‑booked.

Pet Policy: Pets are generally not allowed.

Safari & External Tours: Guests booking Ranthambore safari or guided tours must follow the forest rules; our cancellation policies for safari are separate.

Pricing & Taxes: All rates are exclusive of applicable GST and local taxes, which are added at the time of payment.
